Deception Bay Community Survey

Communities for Children (CfC) is funded by the Australian government to ensure children get the best start in life, are kept safe, and grow up happy and healthy. CfC works to build strong families and child-friendly communities in two ways:
  1. A Facilitating Partner (in Deception Bay this is yourtown) supports local service providers to work together
  2. Other organisations are funded to provide services to meet the most important needs of families with children aged from birth to 12 years.
This survey gives people in Deception Bay a chance to share their views about the needs of the community and the types of services or activities they would like to see. Of course, CfC can’t implement every suggestion, but the information will help guide CfC planning for the future.

The results will be most useful if as many people as possible take part so please answer every question as best you can and share the survey with your friends and family in Deception Bay.  As a thank you, one lucky person who does the survey will win a  $100 shopping voucher.
 
The survey is voluntary and anonymous.   
 
We will share the results with the community through:  We expect the results will be ready to share in January 2017.
